Always be a little unexpected. – Oscar Wilde

After living and working as a designer, planner, and writer in Washington, DC, for the past sixteen years, James has returned to Dartmouth. Holding a master’s degree in preservation and landscape architecture, James will now focus his talents, skills, and knowledge as a licensed real estate professional in our historic Dartmouth and South Coast communities. Real estate has long been an avocational interest for him – having rescued and rehabilitated two historic homes in the villages of Padanaram and Russells Mills over the years.

James looks forward to working with both buyers and sellers with an appreciation for the local architecture and South Coast charm.
