Sold a Multi Family home in 2015 in New Bedford, MA.
Steve was very helpful from the beginning, including: completing a general property assessment; making suggestions for improvements to increase the property’s value; and finding me the right buyer within 24 hours of listing!!!

That the property sold and closed so quickly is itself a great testament to his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. I strongly recommend him and he is also a great pleasure to work with.
