Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Swampscott, MA. Nona sold my house in two days! Not only did it sell, but I was offered asking price. She did her research on pricing my house appropriately. Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2015 in North Dartmouth, MA. Two years ago we decided to downsize from our large colonial and listed our home for sale with Nona Sbordone. Nona came to our home and gave us many ideas to improve the selling points of our home. We did some minor upgrading, such as removing wallpaper and painting the walls. Nona used her designing expertise to select the appropriate colors for the various rooms. She then staged our home for sale, rearranging furniture and wall hangings, decluttering the living areas, and adding some nice inexpensive accessories to enhance the appearance of our home. All of the visitors at our first showing (open house) were very impressed with our home. We received an offer within the first few days and closed on the property shortly afterwards. Nona was also instrumental in finding our new condo that we purchased. At our new home, she was also extremely helpful in color choices and remodeling advice, as well as furniture placement and wall hanging choices. Nona Sbordone is blessed with an excellent eye for style. She has a true gift that she can use to enhance any home to make it look its best

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Mattapoisett, MA. Our family has worked with Nona to both sell and buy a home, and she is, in a word, extraordinary. She is diligent, careful, flexible, and incredibly responsive. The home we purchased last spring was our dream home, where we planned to raise our family and stay long-term, and the nature of the transaction had many unexpected complexities. Nona steered us skillfully through and over each bump in the road. I’m not sure we would be living in this beautiful home, in an excellent school system with limited inventory, had we been working with any other agent– she truly “saved the day” with her negotiating skills. She also has a wide network of community connections, and she is so affable and respected that she was often able to get us information or resources from other sources quickly. Real estate transactions are hard– anywhere where people are combining big dollar amounts and high emotion has got to be stressful- -and Nona did a wonderful job of helping us plan our path forward.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Mattapoisett, MA. Nona was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of the selling process to the final closing. She knows the market and is well aware of the challenges presented by the current economy. She was very professional and her staging/decorating background was an invaluable asset. We were not in the area and she went out of her way to minimize the number of times we had to travel back and forth. The condo sold within three months.
